Privacy Policy

OddStorm Ltd ("we"), a software company registered in Bulgaria, is the data controller for this website. This page explains what personal data we collect, why, for how long, and the rights you have over it. Questions and requests: office@oddstorm.company.

What we collect, and why

Contact form. Your name, email address and message. We use them solely to reply to you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering the enquiries we receive.

Careers form. Your name, email address, motivation, CV and any profile links you choose to share (GitHub, LinkedIn). We use them solely to evaluate your application. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract.

Anti-spam. Both forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical data such as your IP address to tell humans from bots. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Analytics. We run a self-hosted, cookieless analytics instance (Plausible). It stores aggregate statistics only: no cookies, no cross-site tracking, no personal profiles, and the data never leaves our infrastructure.

What we do not do

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own purposes, we do not run advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not use your data for automated decision-making.

Retention

Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the conversation. Job applications and CVs are kept while the application is being considered and are deleted afterwards, or immediately at your request.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, and request its correction, export or deletion. Write to office@oddstorm.company and we will respond promptly. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority; for Bulgaria that is the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP).
